We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent permitted by law (e.g. to fulfill contractual obligations or with consent). We have taken state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, unauthorized access and other dangers.

We use personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number) to process your booking, to respond to inquiries and to provide our services (e.g. wellness offers, catering). Your data will be deleted or blocked as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes and there are no legal retention periods to the contrary.

Each time our website is accessed, the following data is automatically recorded in so-called server log files (technically required):
- Name of the retrieved file
- Date and time of retrieval
- Amount of data
- Success message (HTTP status)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Requesting provider (IP address)
This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and is not merged with other data sources.
4. contact form and e-mail inquiries
If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, request) will be stored in order to process your request. The data will remain with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies or you request deletion, taking into account statutory retention periods.
5. comments in the blog (if available)
If you leave comments on our blog, we store your IP address until the comment has been checked (usually a few hours). In this way, we protect ourselves against inadmissible content and can clarify legal responsibility in an emergency. Comments and associated data are then deleted, unless there are legal reasons for longer storage.
6. article subscription in the blog
We use subscriptions to our hotel blog or newsletter (e.g. offers, news) exclusively to send the content you have subscribed to. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon registration and confirmation, we store the date, time and IP address for verification purposes.

Complete data security cannot be guaranteed when communicating by e-mail. We recommend sending particularly confidential information by post. Our employees and contracted service providers are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.
