From January 7, 2021 we are finally allowed to reopen our hotel Despite Corona, you don’t have to miss out on the winter idyll of the Kaiser region.
So that you can plan your vacation in advance despite all uncertainties, we naturally offer you the necessary flexibility. We allow you to cancel completely free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival.
You can cancel free of charge:
– in the event of border closures or entry/exit bans
– in the event of a travel warning for your vacation destination in the Wilder Kaiser region
